I had two personal offers that didn't work at shoppers yesterday ,rice krispie cereal ,and no name butter -maybe the system is still working out the kinks ,but when I emailed them received them very quickly a few hours later

I just got my PC optimum a few days ago, still try to find out how it works, I loaded personal offer by clicking on the email they sent but when I went to store it didn't work, I don't understand! Do I need to click again on the offers once the window open? Like it has to be red or grey is good enough?

This is a completely basic question, but since you're a newbie... did you (or the cashier) scan in your plastic card, your key tag or your digital card (on the app) when you made your purchase?

If this was done, then file a points claim.

I finally got 2 Shoppers offers - spend $10 on skin care today only and get 4,000 points or spend $40 on anything and get 5,000 points tomorrow only.

On Thursday in the flyer seniors spending $50 get 10,000 points.

It's not definitive but my understanding is that it has to be done by CS atm. Whether this will change in the future is unclear.

For anyone who'd like to have a printable version of the list, PCO has now stated on Facebook that this is not planned atm, but that the idea will be forwarded. So, presumably not going to happen for quite a while, if ever.

Good question! I just bought the $3.99 Vita Coco 1L water at a different Shoppers (my local one did not have the 1L carton) and might like to know for future reference but I'd say it's not a candy.

If it's correct that an overseas entity is running this new loyalty program, I do hope the other retailer with a UK connection for its upcoming delivery service is taking notes so its points program does not get so many issues after the service launches (if points can be earned on online orders).

It's easier for me to get some items at Shoppers to earn the 15pts/$ than to wait for certain personal PC Optimum offers to use at Fortinos (like the magazine points offer-last two times I had the offer, the newest magazine issue was not in stock). I had to look around at Shoppers today to find the magazine-it usually is on an endcap but today it was in the small magazine area by lottery.

Hi thien_nga ...when i received my personal items to be loaded in email ..I go to my account make sure their loaded .. on right hand side of your offers .. up in corner its grey color but they have be red ..then Their loaded .. i make sure .. i check all my offers see if each one is turn red ..hope this well help you out some .have wonderful evening
