Had to put a points inquiry in today. Bought soup at NoFrills and did not get the points. It took 6 minutes from request to points into account! Glad to see that part of the custom service is still working well.

Hi thien_nga ...when i received my personal items to be loaded in email ..I go to my account make sure their loaded .. on right hand side of your offers .. up in corner its grey color but they have be red ..then Their loaded .. i make sure .. i check all my offers see if each one is turn red ..hope this well help you out some .have wonderful evening

All offers are loaded automatically when you open the app or website. Ticking the box in the corner puts an offer on your list, which lets you separate the ones that interest you from the ones that don't. But every offer is loaded whether the corner box is ticked and pink or un-ticked and grey.

Does anyone know if now we are able to get points on two SDM offers that start with " when you spend.."? One is get 7.5 k when you spend $50 on anything and another one " get x20 pts when you spend $40 on cosmetics"? Thanks

In the past, I have recieved double offers (spend $15 on PC brand get 4000 points and spend $30 on anything get 5000 points)--but that was before the two programs combined.
If you do use a combined offer, please post the results. I would really like to know if this will still work.

Based on how the OPT program worked, a rule of thumb to keep in mind is that WUS offers do not stack. Even with PCO being broken atm, I'm pretty confident this is still so, but because it's broken, it just seems highly unlikely that they'll stack, not completely impossible.

Today I noticed for the first time advance notice of upcoming 4000 bonus points wus $10 on candy/snacks offer on my account. Still no way to change card/tag settings to earn & redeem.
Also got the 10x points offer for today but I already did my shopping yesterday.

My husband and I probably have about 20 offers on our account, each is something we buy on the regular (coca cola, paper towels, milk, water, butter etc) so it seems its adapting to our purchasing habits. Maybe? We do average about $100 shop at shoppers and we did have an offer for 25,000 wus $1000 and 4000 wus $10 on otc meds (hello! 5 boys, we always need advil and cough and cold products lmao)

My offers that expire today have not disappeared yet (usually they were gone by 4:30pm), but I also have 38 new offers (and another 4 saved from this week)!! All these offers include the ones from the last 2 weeks that I said don't show again (like shoe laces!) ... I got one Shoppers one for 20x milk, so I'm really happy about that!

I've always gotten the points per item unless specified when big points such as the Dave's bread offer where it was specified points on one item only.
so it I bought 4 bags, I would get 4 x the points in total.

You get 600 points for each you can buy as many as you like but it has to be in one transaction.
