    Does anyone know if the PCO system is fixed now for when you shop at SDM. Want to do another offer but don’t want to wait for the Points to be added . Both my shop from Saturday is not credited to my account even though the say 24 hrs

    I have a love and hate Relationship with pc points since today...I got my 5000 pc points on chat but I called for the 25 000 pc points and the guy dont want to give me those.He will send a report and I will have news in the 5-10 days by e-mail if I have my points or not...I hope so....The girl I talked who was in the same situation got her points on the same day so I understant Nothing about this...Rememder to myself when they have good flyer offer go quickly or you wont get it...grrr so frustrating....(pc herbs and garlic shrimps with a rainchecks for 5)

    DH did a 20x shop on Saturday. The receipt says I got the points but my actual points on my computer was not updated. So I called customer service. She told me the system wasn't working properly last week. She created a case number for me and gave me 5000 points for my trouble. She said that it would take 3-6 days for my points to show up and if I don't get the points in a week, I should call back and mention my case number.

    @flemeth - It's better if you call imo. I had the same problem last week and called and points were added within minutes. In my case the offer didn't even show up on my receipt. Don't know about Saturday but I spoke with the manager/supervisor when it happened to me. They were having problems with PCO all day but stores were NOT told to tell customers to wait 24hrs. Unless you heard it from a manager or supervisor, it sounds like something the cashier just decided to say.

    @Silk I called and was told by a customer rep to wait 24,Hrs for my points. Call for my DH points and was told the are escalating my inquiry didn't get a time frame on that one

    Ok, it's different if PCO CS tells you to wait than if a cashier tells you that. Saw that your DH got his points - hope yours are coming soon!

    Points still not in my account. I did email them about my missing points. A guy responded to say that they are passing my case to a customer service specialist...so if a customer service person is not responding to me, who is responding to me in the first place??

    My DH card had a points inquiry, I didn’t get to put in an inquiry was told to wait 24hrs and both account are updated now
