I think they stiffed me points for 20x the points day today when I spent $83.06 after tax. But I don’t how many points though...or how to come to the conclusion how many I am missing either..can anyone help me out?

You would get 22500 for 20x 75 so you must have had extra bonus points either personal or in store

I just got a letter from customer service on email stating I already received 26,125 pts. And that something it’s nothing about 20x the points. I am totally dissatisfied with this bull what does in store bonus and regular points have to do with the “digital bonus offer” on Wednesday it was done without me even having to complain about the missing points. Why are they saying that this what I get and only get what the hell. Does anyone know where I can complain to about this issue?

So, I think the 5000 bonus points for using a PC Mastercard at Shoppers this past weekend have been posted. Same as last time, they are listed as Esso bonus rewards, and posted the day before the actual transaction.

I did two transactions - one with my credit card linked to my PC Optimum. I obviously got the points.
The other with a different PC Optimum account and my dad's PC credit card (not linked to each other). The PCO account linked to his credit card (not the one I used to get the points for the day), got the 5000 bonus points.

Yes, this happened to me several times a few weeks ago. But there was also a couple of mistakes made in my favour so i decided not to bother calling.
