After chatting with the Air Miles helpline, they cleared up a lot of confusion (especially since all the promos involve 95AM). There are actually 3 DIFFERENT PROMOS:

#1. Rexall/Pharmaplus: Get 95 bonus AM on any purchase (no minimum req.), when the cashier scans a special card that only some locations were supplied with. The actual promo runs until Dec.31 or until cards run out, which many stores have already done. The fine print on the back of the card does state "limit of one use per collector #"

#2. Sobeys/Safeway (Dec.15-20): REDEEM 95AM (to get $10 towards purchase) and GET 95 Bonus AM back! This is limit of once only per acct#.

#3. Metro (Dec.14-17): EARN 95AM when you spend $95.00 or more. This offer can be done once every day, per acct#.

If you need Air Miles fast, best places are Rexall or LCBO. Miles from both stores appear in the account the next day

@flemeth i was confused. didn't properly read the promo. it is not at metro. luckily laurabelle81 pointed it out to me was just saying i wish it was at metro (which is a lot closer to me than sobeys)

Just tried the redeem 95 am at foodland and cashier said I didn't have enough... I have 436 cash miles in my acct....

Might want to check that your account is unlocked, if it isn't it won't prompt the cashier to ask you if you want to redeem. Also, occasionally the system is down and you can't redeem, experienced cashier/customer service would know the difference though. Last thought, you need to spend $10, not $9.99.

hmmm. my foodland noone knew about the promo... the cashier made a comment that alot of people were coming in and using 95 airmiles... ... I explained the promo to her...

My deal for 95/95 was at Foodland. Gay Lea butter is on sale for $2.99; bought 5 and used $1 print coupon (email mailout) plus purchased a small $.10 item to bring total to $10+. Redeemed 95 AM and receipt shows 95 AM to be awarded. Great deal!


UPDATE: If you're buying butter this week (up to Dec 21st), caddle offer $.50 cashback. Don't forget to upload your receipt!

Redeemed my 95 AM's today.

Wish I could have..sometimes free isn't worth it...I went to Sobey's, picked up something I could eat for dinner--$10.00. Before I did, I asked one cashier if I could use the bar code on my phone as I did not have my card. "Yes, I just punch in the numbers, but don't scan it," she replied. I take my meal to another cashier who tells me without the card, they cannot redeem for me. We talk to the original cashier who comes to this cash and inputs my number...oh, but no, that only works if you want to collect Air Miles. Can't redeem without the card. Air Miles rules during Christmas season...someone might not actually be the collector. No mention of time wasted for a real Air Miles collector who cannot redeem.

Not such a great deal when you have to go through all of this...
