Anyone else getting excited for the season coming up!?

I'm really interested in finding out how all of these previews were filmed, with regards to all of the 'Challenges' that are shown...

I understand all the individual beach shots...but it's the doing the challenge shots.
I looks like the tribes are actually doing challenges, but they don't seem to be pushing it like there's something on the line...
For instance there's one shot in the Probst breakdown video where it looks like there are a few survivors sitting catching their breathes and there are others in the back getting ready to continue with some sort of challenge...maybe it's just how the challenges really look and editing in post makes things seem super amped up during the challenges? or do the Survivors are get a practice run (this I highly doubt)?

In recent seasons the premieres have been extended past the usual 1 hour episode.
There have been 1.5 hour episodes, maybe a 2 hour episode before (? I can't recall).
