I seriously think Swagbucks is awesome, I remember when I went to redeem for my first gift card (and it wouldn't go through even though I clicked the confirmation link in the email) they were very helpful and friendly, replied to my emails very quickly, and we emailed back and forth until they fixed whatever it was.

My friend had not such good times with Swagbucks sadly. She did the yahoo personals offer and never got the points. Trialpay say she was given the points and Swagbucks say that the order is incomplete so she is not entitled to the points. She forwarded the email with her order number etc but nothing happened. Oh well maybe it will after the holidays.

I haven't had any problems with swagbucks its site itself but some times the code hints were a little tricky to understand because if they meant this one way it could be taken 6million other ways...

I agree, Without really understanding the rules 3 members in my household registered for swagbucks. When I realized the 1 household rule, I emailed them and they responded quickly and unlinked the accounts so there would be no future problems. They were very pleasant to deal with.

I agree, Swagbucks is awesome, I was a little skeptical in the beginning because it seemed too good to be true, but it isn't and I love it. I just wish more of my friends would listen to me and sign up.

It does seem way too good to be true. I only assume that the person who created the site is raking in the dough from advertising and sites that are promoted.
