Kris - I think it means you have done too many searches. It doesn't think you are doing real searches.

Cheesecake is right, you have over-searched or done too many searches in a row. It is probably best if you don't search again until tomorrow. If you repeatedly get the rules, they "might" deactivate your sb account.
