I contacted support... worst is they will tell me to wait longer and contact them again if it doesn't come. Its been 3.5 hours since i did the offer.

What do you mean you don't have a quote button? You will see your point balance go up that's how you know. And also in special offers, it shows you which ones you have done and the status of it.

I was just looking through amazon.com and I was wondering what people are getting from them. I want to start getting .com cards to supliment the ones that I'm getting from other sites but everything that I've wanted on there doesn't ship to Canada. Any advice?
