Have there been any codes lately? I haven't seen any on the blog. Anyone know what's going on? I would also like some friends. I had two people join, and won 2 SB each, and never came back. If you do sign up under my name, let me know and I will help you earn more.

The last code that I know of expired Saturday at 7:00 AM EST I believe. It was a late night code targeted at our friends in the UK I'm guessing.Quote:

Anywho, I have just signed up with swagbucks and therefore haven't received a newsletter yet. What I don't understand is how you find out what the code is? Is it obvious, like it just tells you or are there certain things I should be looking for (like words in caps, something that seems out of place, etc)?
From what I have read the codes have certain limits like times and amount of uses, but how do you know if it does?

Welcome back! I'll do my best to answer your questions.
1. As far as I know, there hasn't been a newsletter in a long time.
2. Codes can be hidden a lot of different places (facebook, twitter, blog). Normally, the best place to check is the facebook wall, because everyone goes "crazy" when there is a code out. Codes can be in various forms, sometimes The Swag Guy (or TSG) will just say "the code is XYZ". Sometimes it'll be harder (The code is the last name of the actor who starred in movie XYZ). When there is an active code, people will post in this thread where to look (no posting of codes is allowed).
3. Most codes come with a condition (time, number of people) before it expires. Sometimes they don't. Sometime they end earlier because the code was posted somewhere. Just read the code hint from TSG, he noramlly says.
