I can't buy an item from Amazon.com. I have enough money in my balance (from the gcs) but it says "please enter your payment information to continue" when I try to buy the item. Need help please...

Did you factor in delivery costs for the item, as when you click "checkout" it automatically adds the basic delivery charge before you get taken to the "confirm your order" page.

Perhaps this basic delivery charge has forced the amount just over your GC total, meaning you need to add card details to cover this charge.

OR

Are you perhaps ordering an item that isn't covered by amazon.com GC's, such as marketplace items, or items not sold by amazon's preferred merchants.

It's just shipping fees under the amount right? If yes, then my balance still covers it. It's a memory stick btw.
