I am so sad
I got deacitivated today after finally getting enough to redeem 2 amazon gift cards. I think it's because my sister has an account, but before she signed up I emailed them and asked if it was ok, and the swag support team said it was fine because she rents the upstairs apartment of my home and its considered two residences. This stinks! I emailed them and explained hopefully, I'll get activated again and not lose all my points. I sent them the emails of the convos I had for proof that I asked permission. Has anyone been deactivated, then reactivated? Did you lose your points?AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

this is why i think it's best to redeem points as soon as you get enough for a gc or whatever you're saving for.
