Last night I won 3 sb in one search. They showed up instantly and this morning they weren't in my account. Anyone had this problem before?
I already emailed them so we'll see what they say...

I haven't had that happen. Try logging out and logging back in. Hope it gets fixed for you.

I've had points go up and down for no reason before. These usually fix themselves, but I suppose there isn't any harm in emailing them as you did.
