You can most definitely accumulate the gift cards on order. :) When I recieve a gift card code from SB, I add it to my amazon account right away (then the $ is for sure mine). To date, I have purchased 4 cds and 3 books via my sb gift cards :D My last order was over $50, but my total came to $0 thanks to SB. I'm attempting to save up for a new camera now.
