My pingo bucks didn't come either. I sent the activation email Pingo wanted. I tried to make a call with pingo today but it said I had no money in my account. got a reply super quick from trial pay - they asked for the confirmation email - so I'm thinking I should have got that after replying to the verification email - I just resent the verification info, and hopefully that will prompt them to send me the confirmation email, then I should get the bucks
