This is what happend to my friend. Even though she emailed SB with the order confirmation for the Yahoo deal they said the points had already been credited to someone else in the household. It was right near Christmas so she just let it drop even though she is the only one in the household and it turned her right off swagbucks.

I guess to some people it is not worth the hassle :shrug:
