I tried to redeem my sb for an amazon.ca gc but it says that I still need 1 more sb to get it, but there's 47 sb in my account, enough for the gc.
I already emailed them and I'm still waiting the answer...
Someone had the same problem before?

Check where your swag bucks came from some times one is from a different site and they don't combine them. Just check under the my account button

Go into My Account and look at My Swagbucks. There you'll see the source of your Swagbucks (Swagbucks.com, Sport Fight TV, the Green Bay Packers are among the ones in mine). Could be that a referral has earned a buck or two at one of the other foolish sites out there that don't offer Amazon.ca as prizes.

So I joined this site irazoo a little while ago (it's a search and win type site) and I redeemed for my first amazon gc today. They only have .com cards but you can get one every 10 days. It says it could take up to 30 days to get my gc so I'll keep you guys posted as to whether irazoo is worth our time or not.

Anyone else have experience with irazoo?

You have to use those sb on the site they were earned on. So you would have to use those 3 on A7X (I think you got them from a code a few weeks back). The best thing to do is to use them for swagstakes entries on that site. Hope that helps and that you get enough for your amazon card soon!
