    Does anyone know if this something that I can do myself or do I need to call a service for?
    If so, could I please get some recommendations for companies? What do you guys do? because I really need to do something for this, my home get's dusty (I live in a 2 story home).

    *EDIT* I just checked online and prices are quite high..is there any equipment that's effective that I can use myself?

    Are you talking about duct cleaning? If so - please PM me - we are in St Kitts and just had it done because the previous owner had their plenum blow up a few years ago - oil soot all over.
    I doubt there is anything you can do on your own - because the vacuum portion needs to be extremely strong.
