Looking for a deal (1 cent photo printing)

Good morning smart canucks!

I would like to print our wedding photos
I have never needed to print soo many photos at one time!

I know that I have seen printing deals as low as 1 cent per print.
I am wondering if anyone knows of this deal - or what time of season it is when it comes out.

I dont have preferences when it comes to which photo shop (I can't tell the difference Walmarts vs Blacks photos)
And I dont mind waiting for a deal.. cause I'm a smart canuck

I have never seen 1c prints I know Costco has a good deal on occasion not sure exact price or even what reg price is
I know ask does prints again not sure of price
I used to get blacks deals around this time of year but I think they closed up shop and only do online now but since you mentioned it I'm sure you've already checked the price
