Login issues

Hi

I am not able to login on my computer on any of the browsers? Is anyone else facing the same issue?

It's a version of Firefox, easier and speedier. Son found it when we were having some computer issues.

I was having issues logging in for about 3 weeks.
Just got on today.
I had to go to the main smartcanucks page, then clicked on forum, then was able to login successfully.

I made a purchase yesterday while the app has having login problems. Coupons appeared loaded when I did manage to log in for a bit but no bonus points appeared on my receipt. To others that have experienced this: Do the points eventually appear or do you have to call them to manually fix?
