    I'm in Quebec and imo it's related to the program change - at least here.     Perfect timing for the change, and glad they had a bonus for 38000 pts because I only had 39000 pts left. Best deal I got today was 2 bottles of Chlorella for $4.49 each(reg $25.49 each) because they expire next month. Ready for the change now with only 2000 left, Thanks Optimum, you were the best points program that saved me thousands of dollars.

    Thankfully one of the roads was open today once flood waters receded and I was able to make it in to SDM to shop while my husband was helping clean and repair the local dairy farm that was horribly damaged by the flood. (Our house was fine thankfully).
