If so, I am interested in hearing about your experiences

You are invited to participate if:
1) You are self employed
2) You are between the ages of 18 and 65 years old
3) Have experienced one of the following:
· Sickness or injury leave: 15 weeks
· Maternity leave: 15 weeks
· Parental leave: 35 weeks
· Caring for a seriously ill family member: 6 weeks
· Caring for a sick child: 35 weeks

Your participation involves:
1) 30 min confidential interview with a researcher. This is a Canada wide study. Feel free to spread the word.
