Was thinking of finding a way to take advantage of this offer, but don't need nearly that much produce and don't have that much in the budget to even do a big produce donation to the foodbank. Would've been nice since I can combine with my 10% Student Points offer and personal offers, probably could've made it to about 60% back in points total.

I was thinking about pm Logos for pistachios at 4 for 14.00 (if my rcss goes for it because they do not normally like the multiple buy pm)
or worse case pm Sobeys 4 for 17.96
I also have a personal offer of 200 for every dollar on nuts in the produce department
Then would work it out with pm of produce that we really need to equal the 25.00

I believe it is
I believe they are as they are sold in the produce department and as my personal offer reads "For every $1 spent on Nuts or Dried Fruit in the Produce Department"
I'm sure if I do not get my points a call or a points enquiry will fix it
According to Government Ontario
The regulation defines produce as: fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouts, fresh culinary herbs, in shell tree nuts and peanuts, and edible fungi that are grown or harvested for commercial purposes in Ontario.
You got me curious and I called the store near me and she told me that the ones in the bulk bins will qualify but she also told me that if I am buying bags of them to bring one up to customer service and they will be able to tell me what department that product has been assigned (eg produce or grocery etc etc.) I would of never known that you could do that without trying it at the check out to see if it would work. I guess this is why this location is my favorite.

I called my local RCSS this morning (Peterborough) and they knew nothing about this. Is it possibly misinformation?
