Personal offers working?

None of my personal offers worked on the weekend. Still trying to get that sorted out. Has anyone used any of their personal offers since Saturday? I think the whole system was down then. I'm hoping to use my Wednesday offer... but not sure if things still aren't working properly!

I noticed that the 20x offer I got on 16th January (should have been credited by 19th January didn't appear). I have messaged Shoppers about that. I then noticed when I looked in my transaction history that a lot of dates when I know I shopped there aren't recorded ... so I'm wondering where those transactions went and if I actually bot credited for the points? I look at the receipt for the points at the bottom and then throw them away, I only keep receipts where the points are being credited at a later date. I'm thinking for now that maybe I need to keep all receipts until the new system is up and running ... I'm guessing missing points are probably due to software changes going on in anticipation of 1 February.
