New to Couponing - Looking to Trade

Namaste everyone!

Okay, so I am totally new to couponing and looking to get started. I don't have anything to trade but am happy to send stamps or gift cards (as my friend says are valuable currency here heh,) and happy to of course, send first.
I have no idea what is out there but I am open to suggestions.
Organic and gluten free products, baking stuff, milk, soy and almond milk, yogurt, microwavable stuff for my teenager, granola bars, pizzas, pasta, etc. Please pm me for trades or respond here, I really have no idea what coupons or worth or what's what, so any feedback and advice is welcomed :redface: Thank you!
