@byee19 I saw the mention of no store-purchased prepaid Visa or Mastercard cards for payment of CF Shop card. Pity-the prepaid cards are accessible to anyone with cash. I'm aware some guest services at malls don't accept cash now or at all. Kind of hard to make the offer open to everyone.
