I got the email from sample source saying my sample kit been shipped 5 to 10 business days should have it
Mine got removed because my son used my computer to register for his....at a completely different home address as he didn't have a computer at home and happened to be here. I contacted them and they said too bad....same IP, mailing address doesn't matter, if it is the same IP they throw it out. Sigh.....his apparently will go through and his was ordered much later in the day. Too bad as I had gotten 15 choices and he much fewer. Oh well....next time if I decide to order I won't let anyone else use my computer to order one for themselves. If you ordered for some one else, log in and see if you are getting yours!

As a consumer, it's definitely annoying. But taking the perspective of SampleSource and the companies that bear the cost of providing the free products, it's understandable that they would prefer to reduce the possibility / incidence of individuals getting multiple packs. This is not a new rule. This has been one of the requirements since day one over 6 + years ago. I have always signed up for my self and three other family members from my iPad and have never had any rejected.Quote:
