New Costco - Thorncliffe Park ON - June 2018

Costco is opening a new warehouse in the GTA. The Thorncliffe Park location will open in June. That's in East York near the Don Valley Parkway area.

Guess those who bought homes and condos in that area will see an increase in property values:shrug:

I am excited for this one because it means no long drive to Scarborough. Do you know the exact opening date?

They are building this on the property of the old Coca Cola headquarters. As for the property value thing, most of the units on that street are rentals

The mall across the street is in big need of renovation too. It looks exactly the same as it did when I was a child, but maybe this will put pressure on them to fix it up a bit
