not sure which programme I needed but my DH fixed it and I can now print the coupons but only 2 wish I could have gotten more

Fwiw, the size of a roll isn't standardized, not even within the same brand. Related to this coupon, a Velour roll has about 40% fewer sheets than a regular Royale one; e.g. a double roll of 2-ply Velour is 154 sheets while a double roll of 2-ply regular Royale is 253.
