Hi If you live alone and have to apply a medication etc .To somewhere you can't reach what is the best way you have found to do this ?

Otherwise, one would hope you have a family member or a really close friend who can help you out.

Oh I have A torn rotator Cuff And I Can't reach with My other arm to that shoulder to apply Voltaran Or live relief
