Does anyone know the names of these floral greens? They're usually used in cut flower bouquets or arrangements. Item B is sometimes referred to as "grass", but I'm looking for the specific variety name.

Item A is approximately 3'-3.5' long. Item B is usually 1'-3' long.

In advance, thank you for your assistance.

Could A be solidago? But the leaves are big so might be something else.
