How many election calls have you received?

We got our first a few months ago from the Liberals inviting us to a Town Hall to ask questions.
We've had survey calls from the NDP party, 2 x in one week.
The PC candidate had a message. Then the NDP candidate had a message.

This is too much.

only about 4 I'd say but I don't usually pick up the receiver when the phone rings I let the machine take it and then if it is a valid call ( for us ) then I get up to answer.

yup the machine is a good idea
so, Doug Ford left a message on the machine, inviting us to an event in Pickering
but, Ford Nation is too late--> we voted on Saturday. It took 5 minutes and no waiting.

Not sure if any calls came but one night Mom answered a call during supper hour and kept saying Hello-must have been an automated dialer-then hung up.

Still waiting for my voter registration card to come in the mail. Advance poll location opens on Saturday and I'd like to vote and be done.

Wait @Shwa Girl you are in Oshawa. Where Christine Elliott resides and tried twice to get the PC leadership. Must be connected to all the parties calling the residents to try to wring out support for their candidates (and get approvals to post signs).

If you don't get your card early, you can take photo id and one utility bill with full name and address on it as proof of who you are, to the advanced poll.

I had one on my cell phone last week... a local union calling to get support for someone... no idea how they got my cell.

I got the same call on my landline. Perhaps auto dial got your cellphone??

Voter registration card came in Thursday's mail! Had planned to vote today but it's too humid. Monday or Tuesday will be cooler and I will be ready!

Needed my Saturday Internet time plus had a couple of stops on the way.
