iPhone 6 bending problem
I had to pay 2 times for iPhone 6 Plus replacement due to screen glitches. It was caused not by dropping or any physical damage but bending even I did not keep iPhone in pocket. First time it was a bit over a year ( no warranty), and second time 4 month after ( replacement cover only 3 month warranty). Second phone was in otterbox case and I always have glass screen protector. All in all it cost me $500 extra.
And now - surprise - Apple knew about this issue and still charged me. So upset.

Keep accurate records and keep on them. Maybe you can get a refund in time.

This has been going on while (3+ years)... There have been 4 or 5 new model since then and they've done nothing to make ammends. Not even offer those affected one of the new(er) models. I'm not saying they should give you an iPhone-X but a 7 at least might be a good way to smooth it over at this point in time.
But what you can expect from a company that sues Samsung over "design infringement". Funny, thought, how Samsung seemingly missed the "bending" part of their design, eh?
And while Samsung had their own set of problems with the Note 7 batteries overheating... at least they did something customer-centric about it by recalling and discontinuing the Note 7 and offering their users a refund or free transition to the next model.
