Does London Drugs still not allow coupons to be used on buy an item and get a bonus item(not bogo sales)? Such as the buy 2 robax and get a free hot water bottle.

to my knowledge their coupon policy has remained the same (they will still stack coupons with specific wording) so I would say no they don't allow it. I know they don't allow you to use their LD specific coupons AND a manufacturer coupon, is it one or the other.
