    A recipe I found in french that i will translate..very good and refreshing healthy pops.
    Yogurt pops with granola
    make 12 popsicles.prep time 20 minutes, freezing time: 2:30 hres
    Ingrediants:
    6 strawberries
    1 mangos
    2 kiwis
    12 red seedless grapes
    1 and a half cup of vanilla greek yogurt 0%
    half cup of milk
    1 table spoon of honey

    I dont make my own granola..I use store one and it is good too (like bear naked one)
    Prep
    In a bowl cut the strawberries and the mango diced,cut the kiwis to obtain 12 slices.Cut the grapes in 2
    In a bowl stir togheter yogurt,milk honey and fruits
    But the 2 bowl mixed togheter
    Put it in popsicles molds and add granola .Put in the freezer for 30 minutes
    Put the sticks in the popsicles .Let it hard for 2 to 2 and a half minutes before eating
    very good
    my mango was not ripe and i did not have kiwis so I putted blueberries,raspberries and still very good..so you can play with thte fruits you like.

    I made ice at least twice last week due to "summer" arriving in mid-April. If we get a repeat hot week before June, it will be haircut time!

    Ice and pop got me through weekend.

    Having prepped cucumber sticks and trimmed radishes in the fridge help for those early am munchies or need for crisp snacks during the daytime or night. Or when a hot flash seems to evaporate whatever moisture is left in the body-the cucumbers provide some electrolytes as well.

    Had a couple of radishes tonight!

    A week ago, my local Fortinos store had a sale/clearance of 48ct large freezie pop boxes at the back of the store. YMMV but the treats could be useful if you have freezer space for them in advance of the warmer and hotter days to come.

    I need to see if the water enhanced by my fave Mio flavours can make tasty ice cubes (or not). Something to do this week.
