It said on orders over 40$ but that is crossed out on the website.

Tried to buy something from Groupon but good god they are terrible. Their website refused to accept my correct password so I reset it twice and it still gives me an error. The online chat isn't even listening to what I'm saying and now they're telling me to try again in 24 hours. They actually think I'm gonna buy something if I literally cannot log in?
