This happens a lot with that website. Just make sure you record your purchases so when the time comes you can tell Air Miles

I spent only $22 but that also confuses me.

So with $24 purchase i wont be getting the base points. TIA everyone!

I just completed my 5th shop so I had Aldo, Canada Post, the Bay, Rona & Urban Planet. Total spending was $130 something without any shipping fees. Right now, only Rona and Aldo are posted in my account.

Hopefully everything goes well. I already can't wait for my 1000 AM's

How much was your staple order? Mine was about $22 and now I'm worried as there 1 airmile /$40. But again they didn't exclude staples or mentioned anything. According to them each order should be minimum $20.

I did the same. It was hard for me to get to 5 this time around without any Christmas gifts to buy right now!

I spent 22 plus shipping for just over$30
I didn't get the one air mile but the promo says spend 20 so it should still count toward 1/5

You followed the rules. If it doesn't automatically work, complain to them

Watch out for places like Wagjag and Groupon. I bought a Wagjag less than two weeks ago, went to use it and the place is closed! If they ever respond to me, I'm assuming they'll give me a refund but it will screw up my status on this promo I'm sure of it

As for Staples it likely won't count. It does say spend a minimum of $20 but you also have to spend enough to generate one air mile from that retailer, and for Staples that amount is $40. If you do some reading on another board that you may be aware of, they are very familiar with this over there. Of course you are free to complain and whatever happens, happens. But just for future reference for these promos, if the retailer says 1 air mile when you spend $20, then $20 is fine, If it says 1 Air Mile when you spend $30, $40, etc, that's the amount you will need to spend.

HUH? YOU DON'T DO SWAGBUCKS??? ARE YOU CRAZAY?!

They haven't showed up in my account. Just curious!
