Only 1 of my 4 transactions has appeared in my account. Preparing for a fight I guess. I like these big Air Miles promos but they rarely work automatically and you have to keep track of everything and complain

We have 2 in one account work right and 4 in the other. To be safe I did 6 offers on each account and even then I don't have 5 offers credit right.

The order from Lowes was a total disaster. They sent the wrong items so I called them and wanted to return the items I never ordered and received (so as to not mess up the offer). They sent me a shipping label that does not print the barcode on my printer. I had to pay at UPS to have them print the right label. Then Lowes gets the return and refund one of the item on my account I never received (how do you return an item that the person never bought? I returned 2 incorrect items - you would think they would look at the notes on the account I had the CS put in so that they would sent me the right items I ordered)

So then call and have then cancel the refund and ship me the new items - Plumbing items I actually needed to fix something!!!!!!!! Finally another week later I get my actual order.

Clearly Lowes needs to buy a number of their staff glasses!!!!!!!

But that order never posted on airmiles and I fully expect I will have to fight.

I kept screen shots of all the orders and confirmations in a special folder so when I have to fight I have it all ready

That's crazy! Last time I was missing 2 transactions on two cards. I talked to their live chat with the date, store name, and amount of each purchase. They checked to see if the card was used, and it was fine

Terms say 120 days after September 9, so January 7, 2019. Usually isn't that long though, so as Anne said, you can call when you see others post they got theirs, or on January 8. I'm expecting we'll see them before Christmas, unlikely before November 9 since retailers have until November 8 to post the base miles.

I still have some missing miles from Canada Post, Mint and Amazon. Live Chat agent said there are posting issues from certain sponsors. Asked me to file a missing miles request next week and go from there.
