I haven't seen them for free since last year. They were available a number of times at SDM, something like 2 for $3 minus $1.50 coupons.

The BLISS product line is a dairy product marketed as a flavourer with all natural ingredients, unlike Coffee-Mate's original which is non dairy. Each bottle has a long expiration date (ie; The Sweet Cream I purchased expires January 2019). At the price of $.49 (after coupon), it's a convenient product in place of paying $2-$2.50 for 1L coffee cream. Will try freezing & unfreezing to determine if that process will work for when a "freebie" opportunity comes up.

Every now and then, there is a printable coupon and a great sale.. I fill up my freezer .. the small personal offers at SDM work well for this too.. I don't know anything about QC rules/prices .. or if they are comparable to ON prices..
