Most cases, No, the miles are not awarded instantly like with PC Optimum. Sometimes with Rexall it can be within the hour. But Air Miles normally take a week or two to post.

Normally, I have seen that people are able to get multiples at the Blue Fridays out west. There may be a limit to the number of Air Miles you can earn, but you should be able to get multiples (Like 20 or 30, maybe more)
