Last Tuesday of September is the norm. And not before 10 am, as I remember. But I'll be checking from the crack of dawn.

That's a good sign Tweets77. It usually goes through that leading up to when it goes live. I hope it is tomorrow as people saying here the last Tuesday of the month. I'm so excited for it. I look forward to this twice a year.
