Thread: PC Optimum and Joe Fresh help!

I cannot find a straight answer online and the PC Optimum customer service has been dreadful, so I’m hoping someone here might know.
Do you earn points per dollar at Joe Fresh online, as you would at Shoppers, let’s say, when using your PC id (which is linked to my PC Optimum account)?
Their website states that you can earn points by shopping at Joe Fresh (online), but it does not clarify how. Points offers only or points per dollar?
Customer service replied to my email, thanking me for ordering and telling me to submit a points inquiry. Hard to do so when I just want to know if I should have earned points on the order in the first place!

As far as I know, you only earn points if you have personal offers or when they run their own offer applicable to all who have a PC id, ie. 10,000 for every $50 you spend instore or online.
