Any of the current McDonalds Mailers coupons can be stacked with any of the following MOBILE offers in the same transaction:

Depending on your region, your mobile offers may vary but here are a few different ones as examples

MOBILE OFFER EXAMPLES:
$2 off any order of $10 or more
$3 off any order of $15 or more
Free fries with (any or minimum $) order
Free cheeseburger with (any or minimum $) order
(there may be others that work too... but these are the ones I've tried)

MAILER COUPONS:
Assuming the Mailer coupon's price (before tax) qualifies for the Mobile offer (ie: the 2 can dine for $11.49 deal is valued at more than $10) then you can use the $2 off MOBILE offer, for example.

My friends and I have done this about half a dozen times between us in the past few weeks, and I myself have done it 3.

Here's the procedure we used (and it's been at the drive thru everytime, not that it should matter)
1.) Make the order citing that you are using a "2 can dine for $11.49" coupon (for example) -- make no mention of the mobile offer because they cant apply it without scanning the code on your phone anyway.

2.) When you proceed to pay, show the MOBILE coupon code to the cashier to scan/key in. If they ask, tell them is for $2 off.

The key here is DON'T ASK if you can do it because they'll probably just say no without trying. Instead, just show the mobile code on your phone just before you pay. Once they scan/key it in, it will work.

The $2 comes off the order before tax, so you'll actually pay $9.49 for the 2 meals plus tax.

If the MOBILE offer is for a free fries (or free cheeseburger, or whatever) you MUST order that item in Step 1 with the other item(s)...
when you scan the code in step 2, the cost of that "free" item will come off the bill.

The only Mobile offers you CANT use are ones that exclude value meals or ones that are MOBILE ORDER only coupons that require you to order with the app (because the mailer coupons cannot be ordered within the app).
