We have eaten these occasionally, and I second this. For example, the turkey is made from ground-up turkey, so it looks like bologna. It's even a similar color, and IMO, the taste is closer to bologna than to turkey from the deli counter. The corned beef looks similar with a slightly less bologna-like taste, but again, I don't buy it expecting something close to sliced corned beef from the deli counter. The cotto salami does look and taste like salami, but not like a high-quality salami. So basically, with all three types I've had, I've gotten what I paid for, low-end product for a low cost.
So it's clear, I'm not trying to dissuade anyone from buying it, just pointing out that value involves more than just price.
