YMMV but the Loblaws site shows me a price of $16.99, so $19.20 including tax. My wife and I both like Nestle's assortment, but I expect to see better deals as we get closer to Halloween, closer to 10 cents per bar, and without having to buy so many.

I don't know if Fortinos will also have this deal (It is normally Loblaws, Zehrs, YIG, and Valumart), but if the offer is valid at Fortinos, they have it on sale for $9.99, $11.29 after tax, $5.29 after points accounted for OR $0.0529/bar!
