The popular community fridge recently changed locations after its first location host moved from that address to a new one.
Since the fridge needed high visibility, the move put the fridge out of operation until the program relocated to the upper level of the market.

If there are any other community fridges in the Kitchener-Waterloo area or any bagged food programs (open access or weekly/biweekly), please post them here.
Another thing that can be addressed through food donations at community fridges: providing foods/beverages for individuals with special dietary needs, usually not covered by traditional food bank operations. So if you can provide foods for celiac/gluten-free diets, diabetics or heart health, thank you!
Food insecurity is a reality for many Ontarians. Every food donation helps someone to eat.
