they are not, i grabbed 10 between the two they were 636ml and 651ml (the people i went to just did not care). Then i got 5 from canadian tire that are 650ml and a raincheck for 12 at basics they were sold out.

i used about 10 $2.00 coupons and the rest 1.50 but yeah basically YMMV for walmart and super store as to how much they focus in on that..
I have a bunch of $1.50 off coupons im waiting for the restock and use my raincheck (they give you another 10% off for not having stock on the raincheck) so they will be 1.80-1.50 so 30cents each... great price!
