PC Optimum missing points help

I had an offer spend $40.00 get 10,000 points at SDM - didn't get the points(no suprise there) and put in a points enquiry, the only problem is the offer expired and is no longer showing in my account - PC Optimum wants me to take a screenshot of the offer to prove I had the offer - is there anyway to see past offers? I cant send it to them if I dont have it anymore but used it within the timeframe it was available aargh.

Call them if they couldn't see it right away they can see it now. Ask for a manager if they persist they can't see it.
