Never mind that I do not have a smartphone and apps to go with that however pc optimum the offers need not to be on your smartphone tho
You don't need a smartphone to get the offers. You just need to load the offer onto your card. Once it's loaded, you only need to show your card to use the offer. It works the same way as PC Optimum.Quote:

Yep, we got the letter today about Visa card.
Hadn’t shopped at Save on for a few months, since their good offers sort of disappeared but I got a personalized off of 5000 wus $50....couldn’t turn that on down unfortunately it was a one time use only...so bought some of the granola bars with offers and ground beef on sale, spent $52 got 11117 points($45ish). So everything almost free!!!!
