Inserts with coupons

Just watched extreme couponing. Where do they get so many inserts with coupons ?!?!?

Just guessing they steal them or they have insider at a newspaper give them the inserts or go to a recycle bin or dumpster diving.

Watched a lot of episodes, many of them dumpster dive to retrieve them. I used to deliver the daily paper & weekly flyers. Any flyers that remained after delivery, I would grab the inserts. Came in handy for the free wet cat food, etc.
The coupon shows showing the USA saving is incredible. A lot of work, but worth every penny. I would likely burn out after a year or two.

I remember watching one episode where they went and stole the newspapers from all the homes in their neighbourhood that had been foreclosed on.
